Blog #15: A Blog-Ad for Holograhams™: They’re From the Future™!

I was blogging the recent coverage of the election of Barack Obama to the position of President of the United States of America, one of the highest things, when I thought, “Man what would it be like to blog for the President?”  Then I thought, “was that a hologram?”  More important than electing a multiracial, [...]

Blog #14: Halloween Hitler Blog

The above German translates to “German Hand Blogs! Kiss ‘em Back, Now, Y’all!”
I know I said some awful things about the Internet and Blogs, but I take them all back! Not because I changed my mind, but because it’s almost Halloween and Politics Day and I’m scared! When I was little, I used to be [...]

Blog #13: Blog Against Blogs (and Wikipedia)

I haven’t blogged in awhile.
It’s because the internet is stupid. I used to respect the internet until I found out that it didn’t respect me because he she it they it found out that I was vandalizing wikipedia.  I hate the internet.
I thought that we lived in a free society where everyone was allowed to [...]

Blog 12: Be True to Your Blog (The story of how mike got glared at by Brian Wilson)

So, I was just blogging the blog-o-sphere yesterday when, all of a sudden, insane celebrity Brian Wilson went to Amoeba records for one of his scheduled “social interactions”.  My friend Ben F. Nyberg sent me a text message saying “hey! mike! you’re great. brian wilson’s at amoeba. *some text missing*”.  So, wouldn’t you know, *some [...]

Blog 11: Dog Blog

I thought about becoming a teacher for awhile. I even tutored! And there’s one thing I learned from teaching kids and it’s that they are always asking for help writing essays. I decided that I wanted to help kids write essays. There’s three basic essay forms: explorative, debatatory, and predatory. So I thought I’d [...]

Blog #10: A Nostradamus-like Blogdiction of the Future™!

Obama could be another simulacra humanoid robot sent to continue this country’s government’s ongoing hate crime against humanity, but as a young, charismatic, hopeful, African-American politician he has also become a symbol for change to those who believe in him, as well as the lead singer for Barack-O-Rama and the Obamas.

That’s right, Clapton & Windwood [...]

Blog #9: The Man Who Sold the Blog

I haven’t blogged since I heard that China was allowed to sell ivory. I’ve been trying to kill elephants to sell ivory for years, but everyone keeps telling me how illegal and dangerous it is for me and all of the people in the poaching business. Also, I just recently learned that it’s [...]

Blog #8: Too much Blog? Why not Blog?! (The Hollow Mike Theory)

I haven’t blogged in about two weeks, I guess. My loved ones caught up with me. They told me they were worried about my blogging, said I was “blog-dependent”, which is one way of putting it. Another way of putting it is “blog-scendent”. They took my computer away and said I [...]

Blog #6: The Blog to Begin All Blogs!

This is a very important blog.
You know, I never used to blog. My brother really was the one who got me into it. He chose his words carefully and said to me calmly and patiently, “Mike, if you don’t blog, I’m gonna punch you in the junk.” How could I argue with [...]

About

Welcome to the Reality Institute™!

A Little Bit About the Reality Institute™

If you’ve come here, you have stumbled onto a website designed to help you determine what is real and what is not real. Life can be confusing in many ways and we are, in fact, a service institute, which can guide you through reality by providing you assistance when necessary using helpful instructional videos and products, funded by our parent corporation the Reality Incorporated Corporation.

Using the folks here at the Reality Institute™ as a template, you can have a grasp of what is real through their own lives, including photos, creations, products, and external links to their real lives to help you know what is real. And, from a personal perspective, they will explain their daily thoughts and happenings in the familiar and user friendly “blog” format. If you are ever in doubt of what is real and not real, just look for the Certified Reality™ Products logo on every page or product and you can rest assured that it is real.

Though reality may seem like a terrifying monster with fangs the size of London sometimes, we hope that our services will prove to you that the world is as tranquil as a lamb and as ripe as a banana. And, if read correctly, you should be able to remember how you were real in the first place.
